Registration & Payments

Yes. Group discounts are typically available for 3 or more attendees. Contact the support team to receive group-rate instructions.
No. Registration covers conference participation only. Travel, visa, accommodation, and local transport are managed by participants.

Abstract Submission

A presenting author may submit up to two abstracts unless additional allowance is specified in the call-for-abstracts announcement.
Use a clear scientific structure: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, within the requested word limit in the guidelines.

Presentation & Speakers

Standard oral slots are usually 10-12 minutes plus Q&A. Final session timing will be confirmed in speaker communication.
Yes. Group presentations are allowed in designated categories. One speaker registration and delegate registrations for co-authors may apply.

Venue & Travel

Invitation letters are issued to registered participants. Please complete registration first, then request the letter from the support team.
Conference organizers may share partner hotel options or discount information; however, bookings are handled directly by participants.

Certificates & Publications

Yes. Participation and presentation certificates are issued after completion of required conference participation criteria.
Selected accepted abstracts may be included in conference proceedings or partner publication channels according to policy.
